I love dukkah. Especially on eggs for breakfast. Throw in a bit of avocado, sourdough toast, and some watercress on top- delicious.
This will make a standard jar, and will last you a while.
2/3 cups of Hazelnuts
1/2 cup sesame seeds
4 tbsp coriander seeds
4 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tsp freshly cracked pepper
3 tsp flaked seas salt
Roast your hazelnuts and set aside to cool. Then roughly chop in a food processor and transfer into t large bowl.
On a frypan, roast the sesame seeds and then add to the large bowl.
In the same pan, roast your coriander and cumin seeds until fragrant. Then in a mortar and pestle grind the seeds. Once fine, add to the large bowl, with the pepper and salt.
Give it all a stir and place in a jar to keep in your pantry.
If you like the spices feel free to add more to your liking.
